Kaiyuan Hotel is a good hotel in Guangde, but I didn't expect the hygiene to be unsatisfactory. I took a shower right away when I arrived at the hotel in the evening because I was a little tired. After the shower, I found a stain next to the bathtub. The front desk suggested that we change rooms, but all our belongings were already spread out and we were really not happy to change rooms. The waiter brought comfort fruit and cleaned the room. The facilities are pretty good, and there are small gifts before leaving. I still hope that the hygiene will be better before I choose to come again

確實是當地最好的酒店了。先定了一天，之後又續住一晚。前台服務很耐心。老公不小心拆開了付費的茶葉，前台也説沒事，不用給錢了。茶葉不錯，其實可以免費讓大家品嚐，是當地的茶，也可以推廣下當地的產品。房間還是挺大的，停車也方便。酒店的晚餐也很豐富，特別喜歡那個筍，真的很嫩。就是一個浴缸放在中間是什麼設計思路，老百姓不能理解。最後説下浴室裏，我不喜歡用酒店的洗漱用品，浴室裏沒有放自帶洗漱用品的地方，這個不方便。

第二次選擇開元名都，非常不錯的入住體驗，房間乾淨，前台服務非常到位，特別是12層的保潔阿姨，做完清潔還寫了貼心小卡片，酒店細節方面做的很好，天氣熱，退房還贈送礦泉水和小點心，以後去廣德不二之選
